Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before cutoff time)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Carriers

  • We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the best option for your location.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Texas Life Outfitters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.
  • If your order is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Damaged Items
